Across TCGA cell cohorts, VN1R3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VN1R3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNF4G, STEAP1B, and STIM2. Each is linked with VN1R3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VN1R3-to-partner and partner-to-VN1R3 results are reported.
