Across TCGA patient cohorts, VN1R2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,745 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VN1R2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein methylation, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with VN1R2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VN1R2-to-partner and partner-to-VN1R2 results are reported.
