VMP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,552 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VMP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NNMT, CRTAP, and FAP. Each is linked with VMP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMP1-to-partner and partner-to-VMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VMP1 versus NNMT in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
