Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VMP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,853 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACO1, FRMD3, and SCN4B. Each is linked with VMP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMP1-to-partner and partner-to-VMP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VMP1 versus TACO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
