VMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,073 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP76, BAG1, and DAP. Each is linked with VMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMP1-to-partner and partner-to-VMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP76 grouped by VMP1-low versus VMP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
