Across TCGA cell cohorts, VMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,059 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VMP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ATPase-coupled calcium transmembrane transporter activity, Interleukin-10-mediated signaling pathway, and Autophagosome membrane docking. Each is linked with VMP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMP1-to-partner and partner-to-VMP1 results are reported.
