Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VMP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,175 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSD17B4, SLC35A2, and TIGD2. Each is linked with VMP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMP1-to-partner and partner-to-VMP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VMP1 versus HSD17B4 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
