VMA21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VMA21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,295 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VMA21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, FMR1, and HUWE1. Each is linked with VMA21 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMA21-to-partner and partner-to-VMA21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VMA21 versus CUL4B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMA21→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMA21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
