Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VMA21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,922 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VMA21-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC24AP1, PPAT, and CDKN2D. Each is linked with VMA21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMA21-to-partner and partner-to-VMA21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VMA21 versus SEC24AP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMA21→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMA21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
