VMA21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VMA21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VMA21-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, ERK2, and Gab2. Each is linked with VMA21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMA21-to-partner and partner-to-VMA21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by VMA21-low versus VMA21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMA21→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMA21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
