Across TCGA cell cohorts, VMA21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,114 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VMA21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex assembly, Proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex assembly, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with VMA21 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMA21-to-partner and partner-to-VMA21 results are reported.
