VLDLR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VLDLR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,895 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VLDLR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL10, PALMD, and LAMB1. Each is linked with VLDLR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VLDLR-to-partner and partner-to-VLDLR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VLDLR versus MRPL10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VLDLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→VLDLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
