Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VLDLR protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,524 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VLDLR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGF2R, ARL4C, and MAN1B1. Each is linked with VLDLR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VLDLR-to-partner and partner-to-VLDLR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VLDLR versus IGF2R in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VLDLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→VLDLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
