VKORC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VKORC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,091 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VKORC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP27, CHRNB2, and PLEKHJ1. Each is linked with VKORC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VKORC1-to-partner and partner-to-VKORC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VKORC1 versus ARHGAP27 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VKORC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VKORC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
