VKORC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VKORC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VKORC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-997P, RN7SL447P, and SRIP1. Each is linked with VKORC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VKORC1-to-partner and partner-to-VKORC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-997P grouped by VKORC1-low versus VKORC1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VKORC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VKORC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
