Across TCGA cell cohorts, VIRMA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,462 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VIRMA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blastocyst growth, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome. Each is linked with VIRMA in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIRMA-to-partner and partner-to-VIRMA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Blastocyst growth grouped by VIRMA-low versus VIRMA-high in STOMACH.
