VIPR1-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIPR1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,295 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VIPR1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, RPL5, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with VIPR1-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR1-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VIPR1-AS1 versus PLOD2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VIPR1-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VIPR1-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
