Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VIPR1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated VIPR1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher VIPR1-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VIPR1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, ACC, and HNSC are the cancer types where VIPR1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
