VIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,340 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK3, RASIP1, and GUCY1B1. Each is linked with VIP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIP-to-partner and partner-to-VIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VIP versus KANK3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→VIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
