Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 817 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPT2, MRPS34, and MYO19. Each is linked with VIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIP-to-partner and partner-to-VIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPT2 grouped by VIP-low versus VIP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→VIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
