VHLL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VHLL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VHLL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ25, TSEN2P1, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with VHLL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VHLL-to-partner and partner-to-VHLL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VHLL→partner) and Y-score (partner→VHLL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
