VHL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VHL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VHL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THUMPD3, TOP2B, and ZMYM4_S1030. Each is linked with VHL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VHL-to-partner and partner-to-VHL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VHL versus THUMPD3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VHL→partner) and Y-score (partner→VHL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
