Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VHL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,097 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VHL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEZ1, TRAF6, and RNF24. Each is linked with VHL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VHL-to-partner and partner-to-VHL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VHL versus FEZ1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VHL→partner) and Y-score (partner→VHL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
