Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VHL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VHL-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, EGFR_pY1173, and eIF4G. Each is linked with VHL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VHL-to-partner and partner-to-VHL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by VHL-low versus VHL-high in KIRC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VHL→partner) and Y-score (partner→VHL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
