VGLL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VGLL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 511 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VGLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5E-9P, RPL35AP30, and SNRPGP12. Each is linked with VGLL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGLL2-to-partner and partner-to-VGLL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5E-9P grouped by VGLL2-low versus VGLL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VGLL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VGLL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
