VGLL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VGLL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,273 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VGLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP2, AAGAB, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with VGLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGLL1-to-partner and partner-to-VGLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP2 grouped by VGLL1-low versus VGLL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VGLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VGLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
