VEZT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEZT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,626 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEZT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ST6GAL1, SCYL2, and EVI2B. Each is linked with VEZT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEZT-to-partner and partner-to-VEZT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VEZT versus ST6GAL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEZT→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEZT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
