VEZT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEZT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,876 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEZT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRMD3, KPNA5, and ARPC3. Each is linked with VEZT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEZT-to-partner and partner-to-VEZT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VEZT versus FRMD3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEZT→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEZT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
