Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEZT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEZT-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with VEZT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEZT-to-partner and partner-to-VEZT results are reported.
