Across TCGA cell cohorts, VEZT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEZT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPVL1, LINGO4, and C8orf74. Each is linked with VEZT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEZT-to-partner and partner-to-VEZT results are reported.
