VEZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VEZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-4, OPRM1, and PCARE. Each is linked with VEZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEZF1-to-partner and partner-to-VEZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-4 grouped by VEZF1-low versus VEZF1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
