Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEPH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,343 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VEPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFTN1, SUSD2, and LIFR. Each is linked with VEPH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEPH1-to-partner and partner-to-VEPH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
