VENTX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VENTX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,527 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VENTX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSC5D, STAB1, and BGN. Each is linked with VENTX in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VENTX-to-partner and partner-to-VENTX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VENTX versus SSC5D in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VENTX→partner) and Y-score (partner→VENTX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
