Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VENTX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 623 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VENTX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, DMC1, and CACNA1I. Each is linked with VENTX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VENTX-to-partner and partner-to-VENTX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VENTX versus CENPM in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VENTX→partner) and Y-score (partner→VENTX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
