VENTX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VENTX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 176 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VENTX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP407, MIR328, and RNU7-141P. Each is linked with VENTX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VENTX-to-partner and partner-to-VENTX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP407 grouped by VENTX-low versus VENTX-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VENTX→partner) and Y-score (partner→VENTX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
