Across TCGA patient cohorts, VENTX mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VENTX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells, Pericytes, and Mesangial cells. Each is linked with VENTX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VENTX-to-partner and partner-to-VENTX results are reported.
