VEGFA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEGFA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,973 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEGFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESM1, ANGPT2, and LDHA. Each is linked with VEGFA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEGFA-to-partner and partner-to-VEGFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VEGFA versus ESM1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEGFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEGFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
