Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEGFA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,867 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEGFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7E8P, HAUS1, and BUB3. Each is linked with VEGFA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEGFA-to-partner and partner-to-VEGFA results are reported.
