VEGFA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEGFA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEGFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab11, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with VEGFA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEGFA-to-partner and partner-to-VEGFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab11 grouped by VEGFA-low versus VEGFA-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEGFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEGFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
