Across TCGA cell cohorts, VEGFA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,316 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VEGFA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability, VEGF-activated platelet-derived growth factor receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of cell proliferation by VEGF-activated platelet derived growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with VEGFA in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEGFA-to-partner and partner-to-VEGFA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability grouped by VEGFA-low versus VEGFA-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
