VDR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,242 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB31, CNN2, and PLAU. Each is linked with VDR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDR-to-partner and partner-to-VDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VDR versus RAB31 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
