VDR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VDR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,711 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKP3, SQOR, and EPHB2. Each is linked with VDR in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDR-to-partner and partner-to-VDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VDR versus PKP3 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
