Across TCGA cell cohorts, VDR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC5, OR10W1, and OR10Q1. Each is linked with VDR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDR-to-partner and partner-to-VDR results are reported.
