Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,714 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDAC2P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and Lymphocyte activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with VDAC2P3 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC2P3-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC2P3 results are reported.
