VDAC1P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC1P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,861 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDAC1P13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VIRMA, TCIRG1, and TRIM24_S744. Each is linked with VDAC1P13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC1P13-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC1P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VDAC1P13 versus VIRMA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDAC1P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDAC1P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
