VCY

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCY protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,383 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-110P, RNU2-14P, and TMEM35B. Each is linked with VCY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCY-to-partner and partner-to-VCY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VCY versus RNU6-110P in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.94.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCY→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
