VCX3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCX3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,693 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCX3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA aminoacylation for mitochondrial protein translation, Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly. Each is linked with VCX3A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCX3A-to-partner and partner-to-VCX3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, tRNA aminoacylation for mitochondrial protein translation grouped by VCX3A-low versus VCX3A-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCX3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCX3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
