VCX3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCX3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCX3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP26, NCLP2, and SLC16A12-AS1. Each is linked with VCX3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCX3A-to-partner and partner-to-VCX3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP26 grouped by VCX3A-low versus VCX3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCX3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCX3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
