VCX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-591P, LYPLA1P1, and RPL23AP90. Each is linked with VCX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCX2-to-partner and partner-to-VCX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-591P grouped by VCX2-low versus VCX2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
