The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher VCX Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VCX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
SKCM are the cancer types where VCX Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
